POWER FEED TABLE

The Electric-Controlled Power Table supplies 80 Kg-cm power to the object to benefit a continuous straight cut for productivity consideration. Cutting length can be adjusted as desired, (it does not have to be always cut-off) function can be switched to automatically stop after finish cutting so that the operator can be free for another task.
This type of band saw is used to cut metals and comes in vertical or horizontal arrangements. The vertical band saw is called a contour saw. It is common for this design to have brushes to prevent residue from getting into the wheels

TRANSMISSION

VBS-1408 and VBS-1408E have a transmission as below. It provides variable speed through a speed reducer to cut most of the steel object.

VBS-1610 and VBS1610E are equipped with variable pulley combined with HI-LOW gearbox to bring the speed up to 1200 M/min. With the high speed, most of the material including non-metals can be done.
